HOA Solar Rules

I live in a complex with strict HOA rules. Can they prevent me from installing a solar system?

This is a common concern among our customers. The answer is simple, NO! The solar rights act prevents anyone from preventing a home owner from getting solar on their property. They may create some extra work resulting in a little extra in cost but in the end they must allow you to install an efficient solar system.
