Presidential Solar Promise

President Obama promised to put up solar panels on the White House by the end of the spring and as you know there are currently no solar panels installed. Why do you think that is?

I would like to think it is because he is so busy, but at this time I have no idea. It sure doesn’t display a commitment to moving off coal and oil.
