Stationary or Ground Solar Energy System ?

Q: "What’s better: a solar system on a roof or a stationary system on the ground?"

A: "If the roof has enough area for panels and faces the correct direction, then I prefer the roof. The roof is secure and less prone to weeds growing up and shading the panels or a weed eater throwing a rock at the panels."
