JOB DESCRIPTION: Now hiring several solar equipment installers, for full-time work. About 55% of our work is on residential rooftops, 20% ground mount systems, and 25% commercial job sites.

Job Responsibilities: Must be familiar with the construction site environment, comfortable working around ladders and on various roof types, can use a shovel, have basic hand tools and can use a string line. We expect employees to be on time, and prepared to perform the best they can, every day.

The right candidate will have a desire to learn and grow, with a great regard for the quality of the craft. Selected candidates will receive excellent job skills training in the renewable energy sector.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Now hiring Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing wiring, control equipment, and related electrical components for solar energy and storage related projects.

Electrician Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and management systems.
  • Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
  • Perform general electrical maintenance.
  • Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
  • Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
  • Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
  • Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.

Electrician Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Completion of electrician apprenticeship.
  • Experience working as an electrician.
  • Journeyman Electrical license required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance and repair
  • Can carry, lift, pull, and push up to 75 lbs.
  • Able to bend, climb, kneel, reach, and squat.
  • Experience in renewable energy field a plus.

Pay: $60-90k/YR  DOE, plus benefits

Heavy Equipment Operator - OPEN

JOB DESCRIPTION: Now hiring Heavy Equipment Operator(s) to join our team. This position is responsible for leading our dirt work team in successfully constructing solar ground mount structures and underground infrastructure on both residential and commercial projects, as well as operating and maintaining the team's tools and heavy equipment. This is a full time position with competitive wages, benefits, and bonus opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Successfully reading, interpreting, and applying plan sets to a job site
- Coordinating with the customer, foreman, and other crew members throughout the project
- Assessing and acquiring required materials to complete a project
- Operating company owned skid steer and mini excavator, or any other piece of heavy equipment rented for a job
- Maintenance coordination and record keeping for company truck, trailer, tools, and machinery
- Communicating and directing other employees assigned to the dirt work team, including scheduling, reviews, praise, and disciplinary actions
- Ensuring a safe, efficient, and code compliant installation for each project

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum of two years (or 2000hrs) of heavy equipment operation experience (must prove experience)
Strong leadership and communications skills
Must be driven and self motivated, with a constant desire to learn and do the right thing always
Experience working alone and being in charge of projects
Valid driver's license. (Class A preferred)
Can carry, lift, pull, and push up to 75 lbs.
Able to bend, climb, kneel, reach, and squat.
Experience in the renewable energy field is a plus.

Pay: $52-56k/YR  DOE, plus training and benefits

SERVICE TECH, Entry Level - OPEN

Skills Required:

  • Able to work at heights as well as access heights from a ladder.
  • Know how to use hand tools and specific related tools associated with solar panel cleaning and repair.
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy weighted objects including materials and equipment.
  • Can identify safety hazards on project sites and take corrective measures to eliminate or reduce risks associated with those hazards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in written and oral communications with crew members, project managers, and more. The ability to listen is a critical aspect of communication.
  • Capable of taking constructive criticism and learning from mistakes.
  • Work well with others.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Primary duty to perform maintenance washing and cleaning of solar panels on rooftops and on ground-mount systems.
  • Inspect work sites to determine condition or necessary repairs.
  • Assist with repairs to existing solar energy systems.
  • Help the service team with install of radiant heating systems, water heating systems, and pool heating systems as needed.
  • Repair, maintain, and removal of existing solar energy arrays to prepare for new installation.
  • Maintain project sites in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Must be willing to work some overtime hours to complete time sensitive jobs as required.

Pay: Up to $36,000/yr DOE, plus training and benefits.

Warehouse Assistant, Entry-Mid Level - OPEN

Job Description:

Reporting directly to warehouse manager, the warehouse assistant performs a number of duties aimed at ensuring that the operations of a warehouse are run smoothly on a daily basis. Their work includes assisting warehouse manager in making sure that the flow of production is handled effectively. They control the flow of stock, monitor the coming and going of goods and handle stock records within a stockyard environment. Work hours are 10:00AM to 6:30PM.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take direction from warehouse manager on a daily basis and review them thoroughly
  • Load and unload goods from delivery vans
  • Ensure that correct quantity has been received by comparing received goods with information on the work order
  • Identify any damaged or missing goods and record pertinent information
  • Ensure that delivery forms are signed only upon satisfaction of completed order
  • Move received goods to appropriate storage areas using mechanical equipment such as forklifts
  • Make sure that all goods are labeled properly using appropriate lot and item #'s
  • Isolate and report any broken or damaged goods at the time of order picking
  • Move picked goods from storage areas to delivery pallets using forklifts
  • Prepare a series of documents such as dispatch notes and labels
  • Ensure that all installers comply to the company’s safety and security procedures
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with vendors to ensure smooth procurement

Pay: Up to $36,000/yr DOE, plus training and benefits.
