- Performing an on-site general inspection of system and operation
- Pre-Season system start-up
- Pressure test system.
- Inspect panels, controls, sensors, pipe, and vacuum relief valve for leaks and repair if necessary.
- Purge air from system.
- End of Season system shut-down
- 15% discount on any additional labor required for repairs beyond service.

- Performing pre tune-up combustion analysis.
- Test/adjust gas pressure while static and during operation.
- Clean the combustion chamber and inspect burner and flame target and replace if necessary.
- Check pressure regulator, thermostat(s), zone controls and boiler programming for proper operation.
- Inspect and clean condensation trap and venting system
- Look for leaks at boiler and manifolds (if accessible).
- Perform post tune-up combustion analysis.

- Perform a general inspection of system & system operation, including: circulation pump, safety valve devices, fittings, roof pipe penetrations, insulation, closed-loop system pressure, automatic air relief device, collectors.
- Review anode rod history with customer and replace if necessary (additional cost may apply).
- Flush tank and on open loop systems flush collectors.
- Test differential controllers and sensors.

When we say "plant", we mean we donate the funds to cover the cost to plant one tree. Arbor Day does the actual planting. We hit 600 trees on Oct 30, 2021. It's a small effort to start, but one that will grow.
